When you order a test kit, we send it to you so you can then perform the test in the comfort of your own home.

After you've taken your sample, you send it back to our lab in the prepaid envelope we provide with your test kit.

Once our lab has received your sample, they'll test it and send the report to our practitioner.

Our practitioner will put together a breakdown of your results so they are clear to understand.

With your results, we give dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations based on the results of your test and your symptoms.
