I only have one bowel movement a week, what if I can't post the sample on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday as you advise?

If you can't make the sample on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, you can take it any time and keep it in the fridge until you can post it.

You can take your sample on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday and keep the sample in the fridge to take to the Post Office on Saturday morning or Monday morning (please do NOT freeze the sample).

If possible, take it into the Post Office to send as otherwise the sample will sit in the post box all weekend.

Avoid sending the test back on a Thursday if possible, as it may arrive at the lab on a Saturday when it's closed.
