How do I return test samples from outside of the UK?

If you're returning test samples from outside of the UK, you'll need to send them to the lab's address.

All our test kits are designed for customers based in the UK. The postage paid sample return envelope in your kit will not be valid outside the UK.

You will need to contact a courier in the country you are located and request a service that is authorised to ship ‘UN3373 Biological Substances Category B’ items. Your sample might not get through Customs (if applicable) without this service. Samples do not require freezing or chilled packaging.

Please package your sample as per the kit instructions, placing the sample in the return envelope provided in the kit. This then needs to be placed inside the packaging of your chosen courier

Send in the right timeframe

Make sure you return your samples within the right timeframe for your test:

• Gut Health Test: within 12 hours 
• SIBO Breath Test: within 5 days
• Adrenal Stress Test (Cortisol/DHEA): within 24 hours
• Food sensitivity (IgG) Test: within 24 hours
