In the 3-day preparation for my gut health test it says not to take probiotics, but what about probiotic foods?
Rest assured, probiotic foods like yogurt and sauerkraut are ok to eat in the build up to your test.
Probiotic foods are fine to consume before the test, it's just probiotic supplements that you should avoid in the three days before taking the test.
