Depending on which test you've purchased, test results may take up to 15 working days from when the samples are received at the lab.
If you have purchased a Plan or Package with your test and your results are delayed, please check that you've completed your symptom survey.
As soon as we have your test results back from the lab, our practitioner will start working on interpreting them into a report for you and building your personalised protocol. This will include a comprehensive review of your symptoms and recommendations for the most helpful supplements.
To speed up the process, please make sure you've completed both parts of your symptom survey on our website as we need you to complete all of this before we can finalise your report.
Login to our website, and click 'Symptom Survey'. Please make sure you've completed every part of the questionnaire.
If you have done that already or you've purchased a Test Only which doesn't need a symptom survey completing, then let customer services know that your results are delayed and we'll investigate.
