If you’ve chosen the Package, you’ll also get a one-to-one health coaching call to help guide you through the process. For many people, this is everything they need to get started on the road to recovery — especially when combined with our support resources and education platform. With any test, you’ll receive: - Insights from an advanced lab test - A review by an experienced practitioner - A tailored 12-week plan (if you’ve chosen the **Plan** or **Package** option) However, sometimes you might need a bit more. If you have a more complex health history, need extra emotional support, or haven’t seen the results you hoped for after following your Healthpath plan for 2–3 months, working one-to-one with a functional medicine practitioner over a longer period may be a better fit. This kind of in-depth support can provide more personalised guidance and help you explore deeper layers of your health picture.
