Why aren't my results under my user profile?

If your results aren't under your user profile, please check if you're logged in as the right user.

Sometimes people register with two email addresses and check test results using the address they didn't take the test through.

If you click on 'Tests' when you're logged in under the address linked to your test, your results should be there.

If they're not, please let us know and we'll look into this for you.
