The Institute of Funtional Medicine (IFM) is the organisation that trains and certifies Functional Medicine Practitioners.
You may also consider training in nutritional therapy.
There are a range of colleges offering qualifications. You can contact the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine has useful guidance on the accredited courses available.
