What happens when I get my test results?

We'll send you an email to let you know when your test results are ready.

Your email will have a link so you can login to your Healthpath Dashboard and see your test results.

If you have purchased the Test Only option, you’ll receive your raw results from the lab along with the interpretation but not the personalised plan.

If you purchase the Plan or Package option with your test, once your results are back from the lab, alongside the interpretation of your test results we’ll send you a health plan to follow for 8-12 weeks.

Your health plan will be based on your unique results, including a personalised video from one of our practitioners, a meal plan, and supplement and lifestyle recommendations.

These recommendations are designed to support your health goals and are based on your test results and symptom survey.

If you have purchased the Test Only option and decide you’d like to upgrade and receive the full recommendations, just reach out to our customer service team and we’ll be happy to help you with that.
