My test results were due but they haven't arrived yet. Where are they?
Sometimes our emails go into junk mail, so please check there and also on your Healthpath dashboard.
You should get an email from us when your results are ready, so check your junk mail and take a look on your Healthpath dashboard too.
If you've done that, let customer services know if you still don't have your results.
