My stool collector broke before I was able to get enough to fill both test tubes, what can I do?
Don't worry, we can send a new test kit out to you.
Get in touch with our customer services team and we'll send a new test kit out today which should arrive in the next couple of days.
When you use the new test kit, make sure you urinate before passing stool as this will help prevent the collector from breaking.
