My sample took a long time to arrive at the lab, is it still valid?
If your sample has taken a long time to arrive at the lab, it's probably still valid but the lab will let us know if not.
We've accounted for possible delays in the timescale we've given you.
If your sample is no longer viable the lab will contact us and we'll arrange for a new test kit to be sent out to you.
