I'm trying to set my password but it says 'user password already set' and wont let me reset it, what shall I do?

If you see 'user password already set' when trying to set your password, just click on 'forgot password' to reset it.

This is likely to be a technical issue. Just click on 'forgot password' and you should be able to reset it.
