If I click on 'symptoms survey' in my account, I get an error message. What can I do?
If you see an error message when you try to see your symptom survey results, there's been a technical problem and you should let customer services know.
It's likely that there was some kind of technical issue with your survey results.
We're sorry about this.
If you let customer services know, they can cancel your symptom survey and you can then re-do it. It's important information for your practitioner to review before providing your personalised health plan.
Once we've cancelled the old survey, log in to your Healthpath account and click on Symptom Survey.
