I was about to send off my second sample after I didn't receive a confirmation email from the lab, when the email came through. What shall I do?
If you've received a confirmation email, you probably don't need to send off a second sample, but check with us first.
We're so sorry this has happened. If you've got the email for your first sample, you probably don't need to do another one now, but check with us to be safe.
Many of our samples can easily last for a number of weeks in transit. Our scientists in the labs will not release any results from a sample they suspect to be not viable.
If you already have a second sample ready, please contact our customer services team so we can confirm whether or not you should throw it away.
