I sent my sample back to the lab two weeks ago but I haven't had my results back yet. Is my sample still valid?

If you're worried that your sample isn't viable, the lab will tell us and we'll let you know.

It takes up to 15 working days for the lab to process your sample and for you to get your results.

If your sample isn't viable, the lab will know right away and we'll send you another kit.

Rest assured, this very rarely happens but we'll be in touch if it happens to you.
