You'll get a confirmation email once the lab has received your sample. Our SIBO and stool tests are sent to our partner in London and then sent to our lab in Germany, which adds a few days onto the delivery time. You will receive an update when it arrives in Germany 3-5 working days after posting. All other tests are assessed by partner labs in the U.K. Please allow up to 5 working days for your sample to be received, at which point you will receive an email and text message alert with your next update. If you haven't heard from the lab within 6 working days, let us know.
