I ordered my Gut Health Test kit a while ago and it hasn't arrived, what's happened?

If your test kit hasn't arrived after a week, check for a calling card from Royal Mail.

It's possible that Royal Mail tried to deliver it and it couldn't fit through your letterbox.

Check for a postal calling card, as Royal Mail may have taken it to their sorting office if they were unable to deliver it.

If it's been over a week since you bought your test and there's no sign of it, let customer services know and we'll send you another kit.
