I'm trying to get pregnant, will that affect my health plan?

If you're trying to conceive, it may affect the recommendations we provide. This is because our advice has to be safe for you to follow.

There are certain supplements that are contraindicated during pregnancy. For example, you should not take oregano oil, or any antimicrobials while trying to conceive, or when pregnant or breastfeeding.

It's best to focus on eating a wide variety of whole foods throughout pregnancy.

If you're experiencing symptoms, it would be best to work with one of our practitioners directly.

Nikki Webster, one of our nutritional therapists, specialises in hormonal health if you wish to book an appointment. We also have external practitioners who specialise in fertility and pregnancy.
