I have been gluten and dairy free for a while, should I reintroduce them for the Gut Health test?

If you feel better on a gluten free and dairy free diet, stick to it for your test.

Eat as you normally do so that we get an accurate snapshot of what's going on. 

The test is most effective if it captures what you normally eat, so that you can take a targeted approach to supporting your gut health and measure improvements.

If you've been on a strict gluten free or dairy free diet for a few months and it's kept your symptoms at bay, continue with that diet.
