Follow the below steps to locate your test results: - Click the three lines at the top left of the screen - Click 'My Health Plan', a list should drop down - Click 'tests' and the test results you want to access You should then see notes from your practitioner and their recommendations if you have purchased a health plan along with your test.  [Login to your Healthpath account](https://my.healthpath.com/login)   -
