How to share your Healthpath test results with your practitioner

Sharing your results allows your practitioner to view everything within the Healthpath platform, helping them understand your health history and provide more personalised support.

You can also choose to share any Healthpath plans you’ve received. This gives your practitioner visibility of:

• Recommendations you've already been given

• Supplements that have been suggested

• What you’re currently working on
  
  

How to Share Your Test Results

1. Log in to your Healthpath account

2. Go to My Health Plan, then select Tests

3. Find the test you’d like to share

4. Click the three dots in the Action column

5. Select Delegate Access

6. Choose your practitioner from the list

7. Click Send
   
   

How to Share a Health Plan

1. Log in to your Healthpath account

2. From the dashboard menu, select My Health Plan, then My Plan

3. Find the health plan you’d like to share

4. Click the three dots next to the plan

5. Select Delegate Access

6. Choose your practitioner and click Send
   
   

What Happens Next?

• Your practitioner will receive an email confirming that you’ve shared a test result or health plan

• They’ll be able to view your information securely within their Healthpath practitioner account

You can manage, update, or remove shared access at any time from your Healthpath account.
