The length of time you’ll need to feel vibrantly well is personal to your own health journey. With our Plan and Package options, our practitioners create your personal health plan based on your symptoms and test results. We usually recommend you follow your personal plan for 8 to 12 weeks. Protocols are rarely more than 12 weeks long, but please check your practitioner's advice. ### **Working 1 to 1 with a practitioner** While we’re proud of the difference our tests and health plans make to people’s lives, health is complex and you may find you need more than our standard service. Sometimes, only highly personalised 1 to 1 support over a longer period with an experienced, highly skilled functional medicine practitioner will do. Understandably, people often wonder how long they may need this personalised support. You may need **a minimum of 3 months** working with a practitioner to ensure that your health concerns are fully addressed and resolved long term. It is common for clients with more complex needs to require 6 to12 months of support from our practitioners, with consultations at spaced intervals throughout that time. While your practitioner will try to give you an accurate estimation at the outset, it is important to remember that true healing is rarely linear or predictable in this way.
