How do I send my test samples back to you?

To send your test samples back to us, use the pre-paid postage envelope we provide in the test kit

Send the test sample to the lab using the pre-paid postage envelope provided in the kit. Make a note of your Tracked 24 tracking number. This can be found under the barcode on the label attached to the envelope.

Most test samples go directly to our lab where they will be analysed. Our SIBO and stool tests are sent to our partner in London and then sent to our lab in Germany. An update is sent when these samples arrive in Germany, 2- 5 working days after posting.

Once the results are ready, our practitioners interpret them and make them easy for you to understand.

Then we provide some dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations based on the results of your test and also the results of your symptom survey on our website.
