If the pre-paid postage envelope in your kit has a tracking number, make a note of this before posting. This can be found under the barcode on the label attached to the envelope. Most test samples go directly to our lab where they will be analysed. Our SIBO and stool tests are sent to our partner in London and then sent to our lab in Germany. An update is sent when these samples arrive in Germany, 3-5 working days after posting. Once the results are ready, our practitioners interpret them and make them easy for you to understand. If you have purchased a Plan or Package with your test, we provide some dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations based on the results of your test and also the results of your symptom survey on our website. **Get started** -
