How do I contact Healthpath?

Contacting our customer service team through email, chat or phone.

If you have any compliments, complaints or queries you can contact our Customer Service team via email at hello@healthpath com, or click the chat icon in the lower right corner of our website.

If you're already a customer, or have completed a symptom survey, please use the email address associated with your Healthpath account so we can confirm your identity and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

How long do I have to wait for a reply?

We aim to reply to all enquiries within two business days (Monday to Friday). If you contact us outside of our working hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back in the office.

What's your phone number?

We don't have a phone number for customer service — this is so we have all enquiries documented in writing, as we are dealing with complex and sensitive data and information. 

Using email also allows us to offer you the most informed service possible.
