Can I order over the phone instead of online?
If you are paying by card, you can contact our customer services team to call you to order by phone.
Please email our customer services team at hello@healthpath.com. They will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable time for them to call you on your contact number and complete your order.
They will call your phone number and be able to process your order and take payment over the phone.
Please note that if you are wanting to set up a payment plan with Klarna or Clearpay, or use your PayPal account we are unable to set up the payment for your test over the phone, however we can help guide you on how to place an order if you contact us.
