      Can I get a refund? I want to return a test or supplement.

      Sometimes you might decide you no longer need a test or a supplement that you’ve ordered from us.

      If you return your test kit to us unused within 14 days, we can refund you.

      Please note, we can’t offer a refund after 14 days from the date of your test kit or supplement purchase.

      Contact us, with your proof of postage, and we will ensure your refund is processed quickly and efficiently.

      Returning your test kit 

      You'll need to return your test kit to the lab that supplied it to you, please pick below.
