Can I get a refund? I want to return a test or supplement.
Sometimes you might decide you no longer need a test or a supplement that you’ve ordered from us.
Please contact us with your refund request within 14 days of your purchase date and follow the instructions below for a refund.
Once you've contacted us to initiate your refund request we will send you the correct return address for your order. This needs to be returned to us to arrive within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note, we can’t offer a refund unless we are notified within 14 days from the date of your test kit or supplement purchase.
For test kit returns, contact us, with your proof of postage, and we will ensure your refund is processed quickly and efficiently. Supplement returns will be refunded as soon as our supplier has confirmed these have been returned unopened and untampered.
