When will my test kit arrive?

Test kits take two-four working days to arrive.

We send our test kits are sent out with Royal Mail 2nd class.

If there are no delays with the service, your test kit should arrive within four working days.

In the case of delays, we ask our customers to allow up to five working days before contacting our customer service team.
