Do I need to post my test sample straight away?

The samples for each test have different rules on how fast you must post them.

Return your sample to the laboratory using the pre-paid envelope in the right timeframe to ensure your sample is valid.

If you'd rather send it by recorded delivery, use the right address for your test:

Send in the right timeframe

Make sure you return your samples within the right timeframe for your test:

• Gut Health Test: within 12 hours - only post back on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. 
• SIBO Breath Test: within 5 days
• Adrenal Stress Test (Cortisol/DHEA): within 24 hours
• Food sensitivity (IgG) Test: within 24 hours
